Grad Awards (availability pending)

This award is presented to a student who has acted as a positive student ambassador. This student also demonstrates the qualities of being responsible, respectful, hardworking and diligent.

This very prestigious honour is presented to a student who exemplifies the philosophy of Catholic education both in and out of school. This is a Board award given to one student in every Catholic high school in Dufferin-Peel. Characteristics of the recipient include: strong family commitment, good interpersonal skills, involved in school affairs and activities, involved in community activities, and demonstrates persistence.

This award is presented to the student who best exemplifies student equality by taking measures to prevent bullying, and promote inclusion within the student body.

This bursary in memory of Lauren and Michelle Bouchard, is awarded to a student who has demonstrated excellence in the Arts: Music, Drama, Dance or Visual Arts. This student exemplifies the virtues of unity, responsibility and compassion. This award is sponsored by Darin and Allison Bouchard, in honour of their children.  

OECTA sponsors the Archbishop Oscar Romero award for Dufferin-Peel graduates who promote social justice and community involvement by encouraging the student population to seek awareness of social justice issues and then works toward improving the human condition.

This award is chosen by the French teachers for outstanding performance in the subject of French.

This award is given to the student in the graduating class of each Secondary School who has demonstrated academic excellence and leadership within the school programs. The motto: "Take a risk, get involved, be committed" is symbolic of Ed King’s philosophy and of the recipient.

McCarthy’s is our main uniform supplier and a financial supporter of our scholarship program. The recipient of this award is a student who is academically successful and carries a positive and respectful manner at all times, especially as he/she represents d’Youville in the community.

This award is sponsored by Dr. Matthew Ng, a d'Youville graduate, and is awarded to a student who is pursuing a career in the medical field. 

This bursary is established in memory of Ms. Diana Cotroneo, a teacher at St. Marguerite d'Youville. It is awarded to a student who has exhibited excellence in character. This person demonstrates humility, empathy, compassion, generosity of spirit and grace in coping with the hardships life can present.
